We are pleased to offer our guests complimentary coffee and fresh fruit, typically served in the morning. The selection of fruit varies with the season and may include mango, banana, starfruit, and more. Additionally, purified water is readily available on every floor, with the option to enjoy hot or cold water from our convenient water dispensers and coolers.
Prices / Costs
Rooms start at a base rate according to the selected category, with an additional fee of $20 USD per extra guest. For more details, please refer to the price list.
Check-in / Checkout Time
As is customary in most accommodations in Belize, check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Should you require an early check-in or late check-out, we offer these options for an additional fee of $12.50 USD per hour, subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans may change. To provide the highest level of service while ensuring room availability for all guests, the following cancellation policy applies:
- Cancellations are subject to an administrative cancellation fee of US$37.50 per room.
- Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the scheduled arrival date may result in the forfeiture of any deposit paid or be subject to additional charges in accordance with the reservation terms.
- Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice (No-Show) will be charged the full reservation amount.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp and are considered effective once confirmed by Chaleanor Hotel.
